Despite growing up wealthy in New Mexico, George Yates learned early on from his dad that he would have to work hard and take chances. He lives that philosophy today, steering Heyco’s exploration initiatives both near (East Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming) and far (Spain, France, and England).
